Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
